Liverpool Dentist – A Little About Me

Hello, I’m Dr Anthony Barnes, a dentist providing both general and cosmetic dentistry for patients across Liverpool, Wirral and the wider Merseyside area.

I graduated from the University of Manchester in 2015 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and since then I’ve had the opportunity to work in a number of dental practices across Merseyside. Over the years I’ve developed a strong interest in both general dentistry and cosmetic treatments, helping patients improve their oral health while also achieving smiles they feel confident about.

I’m passionate about continuing my professional development and keeping up to date with modern techniques and technology. I’m an Invisalign Comprehensive Provider and a certified Spark Aligner Provider, and in 2017 I achieved Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (MFDS RCPS Glasgow). I enjoy using digital dentistry and minimally invasive techniques wherever possible to provide precise, predictable and natural looking results for my patients.

Outside of dentistry I’m a big supporter of Liverpool Football Club and a member of Lancashire County Cricket Club. I like to stay active and in my spare time you’ll usually find me focusing on fitness, walking or working on my latest hobby, golf.
